DCAF Connections Family Support Group

The DCAF Connections support group is a supportive environment for parents and children to learn about Type 1 diabetes management.  Features include: guest speakers, youth activities, childcare, family picnic, and holiday party. DCAF Connections helps to ease the pain and frustration of newly diagnosed families by creating a forum fro those affected.
